生命之光·阳光早餐
“心如工画师，能画诸世间。”
我们了解内心的底色很重要！
不了解，就不知怎么个画法。
人在变，事也在变。我们不知道、不了解诸行无常，不接受诸行无常，就开始苦了。
“昨天你对我这样子，今天怎么对我那样子？”“环境今天这样子？环境明天怎么那样子？”无常的变化来自于诸行无常，这个底色不知道；这个底色知道了，再在这个底色上画什么就方便了。
什么事情发生了，我们首先要知道它是无常的，变化是没有实质的。知道了底色，在无常、不可得的底色上，用不同的心，会画出完全不同的世间。
如果我们用感恩的心，用负责任的心，用爱护的心去看问题、处理问题，事情就会解决得比较平和圆满；如果我们用不负责任的心，用混乱的情绪去看问题、处理问题，就会产生完全不同的效果。
在这个诸行无常的底色上要画什么，自己清晰了，就自觉了。

Our heart is like a painter
People change all the time and so do all things. If we don’t understand and accept the fact that everything is impermanent or illusory, we always suffer from changes. We often say things like: "You were so nice to me yesterday, why do you treat me differently today?" or else "Our world looks like this today, how could it dramatically change tomorrow?"
We suffer because we fail to know that impermanence is the background colour of all things. Once we acknowledge this, our heart can easily draw anything over it.
Whatever happens, we should first understand that it is impermanent. The changes don’t have any essence.
On the grounding colour of impermanence, different kinds of hearts that we choose to use will draw totally different worlds. For instance, if we use a grateful, considerate and responsible heart to observe and handle problems, they will be solved peacefully and successfully. On the contrary, if we use an irresponsible and confusing heart to look at and deal with issues, things will become completely messy.
If we are clear about what we want to draw on the grounding colour of impermanence, we become enlightened in ourselves.

While following our Master Cifa and learning Buddhism from him, very often I cannot help being moved by his targeted instructions and benefit a lot from them. Now, with a sincerely offering heart for you my fellow practitioners, I’d like to try as much as I can to share his instructions with all of you that I have recorded and sorted out. These series of records covered a number of problems from our daily life. Each problem is reflected from a specific perspective. I hope that we can learn by analog to observe and enlighten our whole life, so as, according to dharma, to arouse us to start using the inherent pure Buddha-nature as our wonderful arising condition, and make our life more beautiful, richer and more colorful.
