生命之光·阳光早餐
外在有太多东西会武装我们，令我们的内心很虚假，这个虚假就是伪善。它里表不一，心里一套，外面一套。伪善是现在人常用的一个极大技巧，包装性极强。
伪善比恶业来得更加猛厉，因为它会让你先受善报，再来恶报折磨你。善报来的时候，大家会捧场啊、赞叹啊，让你得意忘形，飘飘欲仙；恶报来的时候，就没人替代了，你只能自己承担，苦不堪言。伪业就像踮着脚站着一样的，不踏实，做不久的。
我们共业中的这种伪善、不如实的东西，是在轮回下造成的一种贫瘠心，无力的被迫。
我们没办法去运用本具的时候，伪业很容易建立。就是借助一个场面、借助一个言说、借助一个什么东西，来掩盖自己的缺失与亏欠，那都是伪业。
所以如实很重要。开启本具才能真正的如实，依本具的心起步，就没有伪业的东西。这些伪业的本质是无有实质的，缘生缘灭的，是可以调整的，是不固化的。所以我们于一切业缘处就会生起无畏心，这个无畏心就能让我们里表一如。
我们学习觉悟者的智慧方法，就是要学习他们内心誓愿的守护。他们守护的这个本质，就是万事万物的实相。我们随顺着他们的内心守护，同样可以体验到他们的自受用。这个内心的自受用，会给我们带来真诚、如实和安心。

Hypocrisy is terrible
We usually like to camouflage ourselves with something outside us and make us hypocritical, talking one way, acting another. Hypocrisy is a widespread trick used nowadays.
Hypocrisy is even worse than evil. It ends up with a result that we get rewarded for saying good then get punished for doing bad. When good results come around, people praise or flatter us, leading us walking on air. However, when bad results come around, we have to bear it by our own. No one can bear it in our stead. Hypocrisy is like standing on the tiptoes so it can't last very long.
Such dishonesty mainly originates from our feeling of insufficiency and inability in face of the frustrations and pains in our reincarnation.
When we are unable to use our Buddha-nature within or our inherent sufficiency, we are very likely to become hypocritical, making use of a speech, a scenario or any other strategies to mask our shortcomings or insufficiency.
Thus, it is crucial to be truthful by means of getting insight into the ultimate nature of all phenomena. There will be no more hypocrisy if we start from our inherent sufficiency, because we know all hypocritical things are arising and ceasing on conditions and have no essence in nature thus are easy to adjust. We can therefore become fearless in all matters, which makes us truthful.
What we should learn from the enlightened ones is their persistence in their vows. They abide tightly to the nature, the ultimate Truth of everything. Following in their steps, we can experience the same self-enjoyment as they can. Self-enjoyment will bring us sincerity, truthfulness and rest.

While following our Master Cifa and learning Buddhism from him, very often I cannot help being moved by his targeted instructions and benefit a lot from them. Now, with a sincerely offering heart for you my fellow practitioners, I’d like to try as much as I can to share his instructions with all of you that I have recorded and sorted out. These series of records covered a number of problems from our daily life. Each problem is reflected from a specific perspective. I hope that we can learn by analog to observe and enlighten our whole life, so as, according to dharma, to arouse us to start using the inherent pure Buddha-nature as our wonderful arising condition, and make our life more beautiful, richer and more colorful.
